Loading Raw Materials into A Ship

First you need to approach the Facility/Station where the RM are stored. You will need to be set as the operator of the facility (or given some permission some other way) in order to transfer the RM. Once you are in the same location as the Storage facility, enter the building.

Once you Enter the building, you need to maneuver through the facility/station to the command center.

Once you are in the command center, you can click the “Building Management” (or “Command Room”). This will allow you to control the Facility/Station. If this button is not available in your position menu, then you are not assigned to the Facility/Station. Contact the owner and ask to be assigned.

Once you have control of the station, your screen will change, allowing you to control the station. In this instance, in order to load the RM, click the “Materials” button.

Once you have clicked the “Materials”, all the Materials stored in the facility will be open to you. Find the pile you need and click the “Unload Pile” button next to the pile you need.

Once you selected the pile you want, you will pr asked which ship you want to load. Select the ship and enter how many units to load. This is called cutting the pile. Once you have loaded toe pile, you are free to repeat the process to load more RM, or travel back to the ship and leave.

Unloading Raw Materials

Once the RM are loaded, you can transport them where ever they are needed. While you can leave the RMs in the ship and build right out of it, it is necessary most of the time to unload them somewhere so you can retrieve more. This Second Section will show you how to do this. First, you have to pilot the ship to the drop location. In order to unload the rm, the Load Limits have to be set on the facility/Station. If you cannot Load the RM into a facility or Station, it could be the storage facility is full, or the limits are not set. This will require Permissions, so you will need to contact the Owner/Manager if this problem Occurs. To begin the Unloading process, enter the Cockpit of the ship.

After in the Cockpit, you will need to access the RM stored on the Ship. Click "Materials" to access the RM.

After Accessing the RM, you need to select the pile to be unloaded. After Identifying the Pile, select the "Unload Pile" button.

With the Pile selected, you now need to select the Drop location and the amount to be unloaded. Click the little circle to select the correct location. Then type in the Units to be delivered. You can see how much room is remaining in the storage facility and the weight of RM to be unloaded here. If the RM weigh too much to fit in the Storage Facility, you will not be allowed to unload the RM.
